The gentle breeze and lush greenery of Dashu Mountain in May.To help headquarters employees further learn and identify with corporate culture,enhance organizational cohesion,and cultivate a positive and upward team spirit.Under the careful organization of the Pharmaceutical Trade Union and the Human Resources Department,a one day outdoor training event titled"2016 Dashushan Expansion Training Camp"was jointly held on May 14th.

　　At 7:40,nearly 60 employees from the company headquarters gathered on the lawn of Dashushan Mountain and were randomly divided into 6 groups.Two ice breaking projects,the"Big Monster",were launched to form a team and investigate team creativity and collaboration,marking the beginning of the entire day"s event.

　　At 9:20,all personnel climbed the mountain along the winding road,shuttling through the green shade with clear bird songs and gentle breeze.During the mountaineering period,each group completed three projects:the Alexander Knot that tested their brain power,the team pose that stimulated imagination,and the knowledge Q&A that strengthened the construction of corporate culture.

　　At 11:10,all personnel reached the mountaintop to take photos as a souvenir.

　　After a brief lunch break,all members of the training camp returned to the training ground at the foot of Dashu Mountain,completing two projects:cultivating team awareness and enhancing sense of responsibility,as well as the game"Red Black Business Battle"derived from the"Prisoner"s Dilemma Paradox".

　　The 6th group won the first place in the team,the 2nd group won the second place in the team,the 4th group won the third place in the team,and in addition,Chang Cheng,Xu Chao,Sun Xufei,and Zhu Yi won individual awards.

　　After a day of expansion training,the participating team members expressed great benefits.Through this expansion,it has stimulated the courage and perseverance of employees to constantly move forward in the face of challenges,while also enhancing the emotions between employees,cultivating a sense of cooperation,and playing a positive role in promoting team building work in the company.
