One day,while attending a special meeting on debt clearance at Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Company,when I walked into the conference room on the fourth floor of the company,the six words"think,say,and do"on the wall caught my eye.Before the meeting,General Manager Gao Ji gave a brief explanation of the six words"think,say,and do",which immediately triggered my long-term reflection:have I"thought,said,and done"every day and every thing?

　　The phrase"think,say,and do"is concise and comprehensive,but it is endlessly thought-provoking.It not only raises the issue of how to improve execution in management,but also sets clear requirements for every manager,especially middle and high managers,to have a correct style of work,work diligently,and improve management ability.It also rings an alarm for those who are drowsy and confused.

　　The key to"thinking,speaking,and achieving"is the word"arriving".Here,"dao"is a complement to a verb,indicating that the action has achieved its purpose or achieved a result.It can be imagined that the results of thinking and thinking,speaking and speaking,doing and doing are different.The former only represents the process of action,while the latter has both actions and results.The problem associated with our company"s accounts receivable is caused by unexpected,unspoken,and unfulfilled aspects in the management process.

　　Thought guides behavior,and thought determines the way out.So,only by thinking can we speak,and when we speak,we must do what we say,and we must achieve it.

　　People are the"spirit of all things".When a person lives in the world,they always think of problems,such as political,economic,social,family,work,study,life,and so on.However,due to different endowments,genetic genes,living environments,education levels,social status,family status,and professions,each person"s outlook on life,worldview,values,likes and dislikes,etc.,are different.The problems that arise from this are also different,and the views and handling methods for the same problem are also not entirely the same.

　　My understanding of the"thinking"proposed by General Manager Gao Ji is to require every employee to always think about the interests and development of the company,their own job responsibilities,and demand that we love and work hard,pay attention to the interests of the company,and contribute to the development of the company.If an employee lacks a sense of responsibility and mission,then what they think of is their own worries about gains and losses.When personal interests are inconsistent with the company"s interests,they are either full of grievances,or they are lazy and drowsy.
